Important information
Imagery & Descriptions Notice
Please read this notice before making a booking. It explains how images and descriptions on our website should be understood.
Illustrative images
Many images on the Citibond Holidays website, including some created or enhanced with digital and AI tools, are used to convey the general mood, style and type of experience of a destination or holiday. They are illustrative only and are not photographs of the specific hotel, room, beach, view, excursion or location you will receive.
What forms part of your holiday
The images on this website do not form part of any contract. The services included in your holiday are only those set out in your written quotation, booking confirmation and itinerary, together with our booking terms and conditions. If anything shown in an image matters to you, such as a sea view, a private pool or a particular hotel, please ask your travel expert to confirm it in writing before you book.
Hotels and accommodation
Where a hotel is named, room types, layouts, décor, facilities and views can vary and may change. Hotels listed "or similar" may be replaced with an alternative of an equivalent standard. We are happy to share the hotel’s own official photography on request.
Destinations and experiences
Weather, seasons, wildlife sightings, crowd levels, natural scenery and local conditions vary and cannot be guaranteed. Images may show conditions at their best and will not reflect every date of travel.
Descriptions and prices
Holiday descriptions and suggestions, including those provided by our Journi concierge, are starting points for a tailor-made holiday. Prices are "from" lead-in prices per person and are subject to availability, travel dates and confirmation by our team.
Questions or concerns
If you believe any image or description is misleading, please contact us on 0203 00 222 88 or at package@citibond.co.uk and we will review it promptly. Your statutory rights are not affected.
