Sri Lanka
Discover Sri Lanka's golden beaches, ancient ruins and wildlife-rich parks on an unforgettable 7-night journey.
Sri Lanka is a tropical island nation in South Asia, celebrated for its diverse landscapes, rich history and vibrant culture. Set in the Indian Ocean, the island reveals golden beaches, lush tea plantations, ancient ruins and wildlife-filled national parks at every turn, making it a destination that rewards travellers with variety at every stop. This journey takes in cities such as Colombo and Kandy, where colonial architecture stands alongside traditional festivals, while sites like Sigiriya and Anuradhapura showcase the island's deep Buddhist heritage. From climbing ancient rock fortresses to wandering royal ruins and visiting revered temples, travellers are immersed in centuries of history and spirituality, all guided by knowledgeable local experts. Beyond the ancient sites, Sri Lanka delights the senses with its flavourful, spicy cuisine, shaped by Indian and colonial influences, and its status as a major producer of tea, spices and gemstones. Add to this the warmth of its people and the natural beauty of its hill country, coastline and national parks, and Sri Lanka offers a truly unique and unforgettable experience for every traveller.
